As an independent private practice, we do not hold contracts with statutory health insurance providers.
Payment is due at the conclusion of your appointment. For your convenience, we accept cash as well as Maestro, Visa and Mastercard.

As a private dermatology practice with a strong focus on quality and individual care, appointment availability may at times be limited due to high demand. We are aware that waiting times can be challenging, particularly when concerns feel urgent.
For this reason, we recommend checking our online booking calendar regularly.
Newly released appointments – including short-notice openings are updated in real time and can be reserved immediately, independent of our telephone hours.
Urgent appointments (Akuttermin), when available, are likewise displayed online and can be booked directly.

If you are unable to find a convenient time, please feel free to contact us by phone during our office hours or send us an email.
In urgent cases, we make every effort to accommodate you as promptly as possible – particularly for the timely evaluation of suspicious or injured moles.
We are also pleased to add you to our waiting list and will personally inform you should an earlier appointment become available.
As availability cannot be guaranteed, we recommend securing an alternative appointment in the meantime to avoid extended waiting times.
The quality of medical care is our top priority. We strive to keep waiting times for our patients as short as possible.
However, medicine can sometimes be unpredictable, and since we place the highest importance on thorough and high-quality care, waiting times cannot always be entirely avoided.
